Earle W. Pratt, III, President
Earle is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. He is an experienced operations and finance professional with extensive M&A and venture capital experience. Earle is a graduate of Colgate University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management. Earle lives in Baltimore.
Robin Hough, Vice President
Robin is an Estates and Trusts Attorney and Partner with Clark & Hough LLC., a Baltimore premier law firm concentrating in estate, trust and gift law. Robin is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the Northern Illinois University School of Law. She is a Baltimore resident.
Scott Helm, Treasurer
Scott is the President of the Helm Foundation. He was formerly a partner of Capital Energy Partners, a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and CFO at Orion Power Holdings. Scott is a graduate of Washington University, from which he received the Distinguished Business Alumni Award. Scott lives in Baltimore.
Laura is Managing Director, Affiliate Strategic Initiatives, with Legg Mason. She is a graduate of Smith College and Georgetown University’s McDonogh School of Business. Laura resides in Baltimore.
Kevin G. Burke
Kevin is an Administrative Vice President of the Wilmington Trust, N.A., responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of Wealth Advisory Services for the Mid-Atlantic market. He has more than 26 years of investment and banking experience and has been with Wilmington Trust/M&T Bank Investment Group since 1988. He resides in Baltimore.
Kimberly Citizen established Applied Development LLC in December 2011, assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer. She received numerous awards and citations during her service with the United States Army and her career as a federal contractor, including a National Citation from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and several Exemplary Performance Awards for other Department of Defense agencies.
Ian is the Founding Artistic Director of the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company. He is a Howie Award and Helen Hayes Award winner. His alma mater, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, recently honored him with a Distinguished Alumni Award.
Bill Henry, the City Councilman for Baltimore’s 4th District, was one of the founders of Mobtown Players. He chairs the Council’s Housing & Community Development committee, serves as vice chair of both the Taxation, Finance & Economic Development and Education & Youth committees, and is a member of both the Judiciary & Legislative Investigations and Land Use & Transportation committees. He also represents the Council on the City’s Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation. He resides in Baltimore.
Jack is a Commercial Litigator and Antitrust Counselor, and a Principal with Miles & Stockbridge, P.C. He is a graduate of Loyola College and the Washington and Lee University School of Law. Jack lives in Baltimore.
Lesley is the Managing Director of the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company. She also serves as Vice President of the Board for the Lark Play Development Center in NYC. She is a graduate of Washington University. Lesley lives in Baltimore.
Dan is a Partner with Venable, LLP. He is a past President of the Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond and the University of Maryland School of Law. Dan lives in Baltimore.
Linda is an English teacher with the Howard County School System. She is a recipient of the Washington Post’s Agnes Meyer Outstanding Teacher Award. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland. Linda lives in Columbia, MD.
Sean is the chief investment officer for PNC Capital Advisor’s Taxable Fixed Income team. He has more than 20 years of experience in research and fixed income. Prior to joining PNC in 2004, Sean spent six years at Freddie Mac in credit research and four years as a bank credit analyst at the rating agency LACE Financial Corporation. Sean graduated cum laude from James Madison University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Emily is an English teacher at the McDonogh School. She also serves on the Board of the Rockefeller Family Fund. She is a graduate of Yale University and the Harvard University School of Education. Emily lives in Baltimore.
Nan is the Director of Strategic Development at Mahan Rykiel Associates, a Baltimore-based landscape architecture, urban design and planning firm. Prior to joining Mahan Rykiel Associates, Nan worked as Vice President of Economic Development and Planning at the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore for nearly 11 years. Her previous experience included roles with both the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office and Recreation and Parks.
Tim is a Pediatric Surgeon and Professor at the University of North Carolina. He is a Commander in the US Navy Reserves. Tim is a recipient of the H. Fleming Fuller Award. He is a graduate of Oberlin College and Georgetown University Medical School. Tim currently resides in North Carolina.
The Chesapeake Shakespeare Company believes in investing in long-term relationships with artists. We are creating a new model for a theater company that celebrates diversity and longevity in its collaborators. We believe that we create a richer artistic experience by building upon relationships among artists that develop over years, not just weeks, as is common in the contemporary professional theater model.
