High School Corps – Summer 2015

CSCorps performances:  July 6, 7 and 13 at 7pm, with rain dates July 14 and July 15 at 7pm
CSCorps 2015 schedule:  Instruction on Saturdays and Sundays (choose AM group meeting 9am-Noon, or PM group meeting 1pm-4pm); plus the CSCorps performance and rain dates. CSCorps members also greet the public at a minimum of four CSC professional productions this summer.
Location:  PFI Historic Park, Ellicott City (outdoors)
Open to:  Students in Grades 8-12 (co-ed)

The CSCorps for high school students, now in its fifth year, provides an intensive educational experience with instruction in acting, voice, movement, stage combat and production. Under the direction of CSC teaching artists, the CSCorps members perform Shakespeare’s plays on CSC’s summer stage in the Patapsco Female Institute Historic Park. CSCorps members also gain valuable experience as they greet audiences during CSC’s professional performances of The Comedy of Errors.

The 2015 CSCorps will meet May 30 – July 12  on Saturdays and Sundays (sign up for the AM group or the PM group).  CSCorps performances, which are open to the public, will take place on July 6, 7 and 13 (with rain dates of July 14 and July 15).     We cannot accommodate attendance conflicts with any performance and rain dates, so please check your schedule before you apply.

CSC Women’s Classical Academy, Baltimore

Academy performances: July 29-31
Location: Chesapeake Shakespeare Company Theater, 7 South Calvert St., Baltimore, MD 21202
Open to: Students in Grades 8-12

NEW! Young women in high school will receive an intensive, four-week educational experience with instruction in acting, voice, movement, stage combat, and production. The four-week conservatory will culminate with the ensemble presenting a classic play on the Hughes Family Stage in the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company Theater in Baltimore.  .
