Hours: The Box Office is open Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition, the Box Office window will open one hour before each performance.
Lobby and concessions open: 45 minutes prior to show time at the Theater, 90 minutes prior to show time at the Patapsco Female Institute Historic Park (PFI) outdoor stage.
Late seating: Patrons who arrive after the start of the show will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Latecomers may not be seated in their assigned seats or sections until intermission.
Ticketing policies: Online ordering for shows at the Theater will end 3 hours prior to the performance; online ordering for shows at the PFI will end 4 hours prior to the performance. Any remaining tickets will be available for purchase at the Box Office one hour before the performance. All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours prior to your performance. Tickets may only be exchanged to another performance of the same production. Subscriber exchanges are free of charge. Non-subscribers may exchange tickets for a fee of $10 per order, plus applicable price differences.

Seating at the PFI Historic Park in Ellicott City is all general admission.
GROUP DISCOUNTS: We welcome groups of 10 adults or more with discounted group ticket prices. Call the Box Office to reserve your group’s tickets. 410-244-8570.
STUDENT GROUPS wishing to attend public main stage performances: Our student tickets are already discounted to half the adult price; for every 10 students, get two adult chaperone tickets at the student price. NOTE: Student-priced tickets are not available on Saturday evenings. The adult group discount price will apply if your student group wishes to attend a Saturday night performance. ALL GROUP RESERVATIONS: Advance booking is required for group ticket sales, to ensure the availability of seating. All seats are reserved and nonrefundable. Group tickets must be paid in full in advance; reservations not paid will be released two weeks before the performance date. Group seats will be assigned by the Box Office; we will do our best to seat your group together but seat assignment will be based on availability. Please notify the Box Office if any members of your group will require special needs seating.
PNC Family Room: Our PNC Family Room is provided for our youngest patrons who may need a wiggle break. The room is not chaperoned, therefore a parent or guardian must accompany his or her child in that room. There is a video monitor so parents won’t miss a minute of the performance.

Weather/cancellation policy: It’s our policy to go on with the show whenever it is safe to do so. Cancellations will be announced no earlier than 2 hours before curtain. In the event of a cancellation, we will leave an announcement on the Box Office Voicemail.
If a performance has been canceled by CSC, patrons may:
- Reschedule the tickets to another performance
- Request a refund. Refund request must be received within 6 weeks of the closing of the production.
- Convert ticket price to a donation.
If a performance has occurred, but the patron was unable to attend:
- Ticket price cannot be refunded.
- At the discretion of CSC, tickets may be exchanged for another performance. Ticket exchange may be subject to a $10 per order exchange fee.
- Ticket price can be converted to a donation.
